- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
- Only the first payment is eligible for a full refund
- Renewal payments are non-refundable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
