To request a refund:

  1. Email support@indexlens.dev with your account email
  2. Subject line: "Refund Request"
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days

Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Only the first payment is eligible for a full refund
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
  • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle

  2. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
