By accessing or using IndexLens (indexlens.dev), you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
IndexLens is a web-based tool that checks Google index status of URLs using the Google Search Console API. We offer Free, Pro, and Agency plans.
3. Account Registration
You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Pro plan: $9/month or $79/year
- Agency plan: $29/month or $249/year
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are owned by IndexLens.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:
- URLs submitted will be indexed by Google
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Index check results will be 100% accurate (though we use official Google APIs)
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
